The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

We all have a tendency to think about our own lives as if it’s all just a game. This is certainly true at the level of our own personal lives, but it also happens at the level of our professional lives. For instance, a lot of athletes focus on their own mental game and don’t even attempt to understand how a player’s brain works. They just try to score more points and get more medals. For some reason though, we tend to think about the game as a competition.

We do have a tendency to think of ourselves as just a bunch of numbers. We focus on our own skills and achievements. We think about ourselves as a team. But when we look at ourselves in the mirror, we see someone who doesn’t like what they are seeing.

As a general rule, the brain works in a manner that is most efficient when the mind is relaxed and in the moment. The brain takes in data, processes it, and then makes decisions as the facts and the current context change. This is one of the few games where your brain works well.

The problem is that when you’re in the moment and concentrating on your game, you don’t actually see the game. You see the game, but you can’t see the game. You see the player’s body, but you can’t see the player. When you look at a player in the mirror, you see their body, but you can’t see the game.

In this game, you are literally a game. You are a player, in this case a sports doctor. You are in the physical game, but you are also in the mental game, as you are both watching the game, as well as the game itself. You are both a player and a doctor.

One of the hardest parts of being a sports doctor is to actually see the players body in the mirror. Some games require you to have an exact idea of what a player looks like from a certain angle. For example, in FIFA 17 you have to be able to see the player from a certain angle, because you have to know where they are going to kick the ball, the direction they are going to shoot, etc.
