I use those two words to describe this experience. I am a commuter who goes to the city with my friends every morning and then goes to the gym. If I am in a rush air sport, this is the most important part of what my body does. I do not want to lose my balance, or my weight. I can’t stop breathing.

I have to remind myself at certain points, “I am in a rush air sport.” It is because I like to go to the gym early that I have to work out. I like to go to the gym early because I like to be the best at something, and that is what I do. I know this because every time I go to the gym, I am the best at something. I have to remind myself that I am in a rush air sport.

I think the most important thing to remember when we talk about sports, is that they don’t last forever. I think it’s also important to remember that while the sport we like to do may be the most physical, we need to remember that there is a lot more to it than that.
