I’ve had several run fits in my life, and one of the most helpful ways I have found is to run outside and just enjoy the fresh air. The simple act of breathing in the fresh air is a simple and relaxing way of letting go of the stress of your daily routine.
When I was younger, I was more or less the “run fit” of my friends, but I never really got it until I got to college. Now that I’m older, I’m still just as much a runner as the next guy, but when I run I feel free and carefree, making me feel in control of my daily lives.
This past weekend I decided to start running, and within half an hour of my first step I was running down the street with my head held high and my heart pumping. This past week I started running with my wife and two of her friends and we did a three mile run with all of us together. This weekend we ran a four and a half mile run with a group of like-minded people.
I’m no longer a runner, but I think this is the beginning of something new—a newfound freedom in physical activity. My new running partner and I are now taking it to the next step by not only doing our own workouts, but by sharing them with likeminded people. It’s something I think is important to do for myself and hopefully others.
I think we’re heading in the right direction. I’m not sure of the benefits of running with friends, but I do think it’s a great way to meet new people and to run together for a fun physical activity. Running a group with someone who enjoys the sport of running may be the first step to a new form of exercise for me. I’m going to keep my eyes peeled for more of these types of runs and keep them coming.
The world’s first “run-fit” sports club is a great introduction to a type of exercise that is more active but not as intense as a full-on run. It’s like a run-fit version of the running club that is found in many gyms and fitness centers. Instead of focusing on the running itself, the members are more interested in the benefits that come from running together.
It is a variation on the running club theme where the members of the group are a team of friends who run a race at the same time.
The core group of friends in this run-fit style exercise is made up of three brothers. Each brother has one partner, who is the leader of the group. The other members are split into two teams. The group meets at the gym where they run together until the end of the class. As each member completes each element of the class, their time is donated to the other members in the group. This exercise is great because it requires everyone to practice together and for them to have good relationships.
One of the nice things about this workout is that it’s fairly simple. All you do is run until you’re out of breath. In a lot of ways it’s like a run class but with a focus on running.
The difference is that the group runs as a team. When it comes to other sports, like tennis or basketball, there’s a lot of individualism. So when you pair people together, you can’t expect them to perform well together, and vice versa.
