The challenge is finding a spot with a creekwood in it and a tree in the middle to shoot at. The good thing that creekwood shooting sports offer is that it is safe and fun for kids.
I don’t think the creekwood shooting sports qualify as a form of exercise but they are fun and can have a great effect on your stress levels. I know when I’m stressed, I have lots of fun activities, especially shooting at the creekwood.
