That’s why your mind is so important. As I am about to show, your mind plays a major role in your body. Everything you do with your body is influenced by how your mind is working.
So if you are thinking about a problem, or are having a negative thought, your mind can trigger a response. Often this response is a physical movement or an emotional response. And when the response is physical, your body will respond.
