Bilal was a rapper who started his career in the nineties. In a matter of a few years he released a few mixtapes that got him a lot of attention, both in his hometown of Chicago and abroad. He was still a part of the hip-hop scene when he died at age 31 in a car accident.

Bilal’s death was part of a larger incident that saw the police arrest and charge four people who were being investigated for child sexual assault. Bilal also allegedly had a few brushes with the law. I have no idea if the police were involved, but they were.
There is no way I can describe what happened inside the police station. I was there, I was able to see it with my own eyes. I think you can imagine it. Bilal was arrested (and later released). He was later charged with child sexual assault. Of course he got off. He is now under investigation. The other arrested people are being investigated. Bilal is not even being investigated.
A lot of you will probably be upset with me for writing about Bilal, because you will think I am talking about a serial killer. I’m not, but I’m also not saying that he is not a serial killer. I am just pointing out that this is not the type of content we should be writing about.
Bilal is, and always has been, the leader of the group of people who are trying to kill the Visionaries in Deathloop. He is also a person who looks like a serial killer. If Bilal was a serial killer, he wouldn’t have just been arrested. He would have been sentenced, in a court where he might have a chance at a trial.
Bilal was arrested and convicted of killing five people. He was sentenced to death. He was sentenced to death because he was caught with a gun which had previously been stolen by the Visionaries. The gun was then used to try to kill him, resulting in his arrest, and his conviction. He was convicted because the gun which he had used to kill the Visionaries was found with a murder weapon which had been stolen days prior.
Bilal’s trial ended in a life sentence. An arrest was overturned after the judge said Bilal had committed a felony for the robbery of a motel room. He was then handed a life sentence and then released from prison. Bilal’s trial ended in a life sentence.
